Hamagin Space Science Center
Joshua took a field trip with his kindergarten class a few weeks ago to Hamagin Space Science Center. He had a blast and kept talking on and on about it, so we decided to take the trip ourselves so he could show us all about it.Awesome place! Totally recommended for families with young kids. We drove up there and had no trouble finding a parking space, though parking is fairly limited under the building, but there is additional parking in the area. If you feel like training it, the station is right around the corner, too.

Looks like fun - the Wenzel classes are hitting the Exploratorium next month
Hi, my name is Russ. I stumbled across this blog via a google search looking for photography stores in Yokosuka. I'm a dependent husband and avid photographer myself with an 18 month old and we live on base as well. We've only been here since Sept. '08 and I was wondering if you had any information on 1) photography stores in the area and 2) any tips on where to go for great shots.
