Yokohama Memories

This is an oldie, but a goodie. My friend, Thomas, and I took our kids out one Sunday in November to visit Yamashita Park in Yokohama. We ended up taking a boat tour around Tokyo Bay, underneath Rainbow Bridge, and along the shores of Yokohama. Afterwards, we ended up over near Landmark Tower and the huge ferris wheel that's there. We took the kids on the ferris wheel and got some great shots.

Check out the pictures in the Gallery, dated 03/02/2008. The kids got ahold of the camera for a few pics, which explains some of the more unique shots.

I love downtown Yokohama- thanks for sharing your photos! I still haven't ridden the ferris wheel yet since John refuses to go with me. (lol- he hates heights) I may just have a make a solo trip in the few remaining months we've got here in Japan!

Do you know where you guys are off to next or are you staying in Japan for a while longer?

Hey Aime,

We're likely going to stick Japan out for another few years, but we really don't get to choose for another few months, so I guess anything can happen.

In regards to John and the ferris wheel, you should convince him by saying that if 6, 4, and 3-year olds can do it, he can too!!!

I know y'all are moving soon so good luck with the PCS!
